Partnerships with the Romanian academic environment and with the European academic environment
The INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE OF CONTINUOUS TRAINING OF EXPERTS AND SPECIALISTS has concluded partnerships with the ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT having as main objectives:
– promoting the act of technical expertise, of legal and extrajudicial expertise, as well as of the expertise in the diversity of the fields related to high professional demands by cooperating with the Romanian and international academic environment, increasing the visibility and the role of the academic environment by initiating and promoting actions in private public partnership , through conferences, summer schools, seminars, sa the recognition of the academic education as a promoter in the continuous vocational training together with the professional associations, the research institutes, professional training structures of the professional societies, the structures of the Romanian Academy through the Specialized Commissions, state institutions, judicial institutions, territorial administration units, etc. in order to increase the confidence of the citizen in the act of justice. – promoting collaborations with similar structures in Europe and other areas of the world; – promoting and / or strengthening the inter-academic collaboration between the Romanian but also international institutions by carrying out the actions of continuous professional training of experts and specialists in strict, or interdisciplinary fields: experts / specialists in restoration, painting, architecture, technical in construction, architecture and urbanism restoration of historical monuments, road vehicles, mechanics, technological equipment, refrigerator, animal husbandry, agronomy, soil science, metallurgy, welding specialists, food industry, physics, textile industry, leather industry, chemical industry, environmental protection, economy, real estate appraisals valuations of goods, forensics, economic-financial crime, tax evasion, explosions and fires and in many other fields as well as legal expertise through the participation of people with extensive experience in the field in exposing case law for cases imilare, s.a. – Continuing vocational training can target both experts certified by the Ministry of Justice interested in acquiring new knowledge, but also experts certified by other ministries in accordance with the legal provisions, or recognized specialists working in rare areas, as well as young people who want to access as an expert or specialist. – institutional development, consolidation and growth of the vision of the act of knowledge in civil society, – increasing the quality of the justice act by increasing the professionalism of the certified experts, – strengthening the attitude for continuous professional training and training, – professionalization of human resources in accordance with the labor market, implementation of European policies in these areas, – promoting the recognition of professional competences, – promotion of majors, creation of tools and mechanisms to support professional insertion, but not least for HYPERION University Bucharest increasing international visibility, promoting quality in higher education by developing a postgraduate network of continuous training.

– establishing a fundamental basis for a comparative analysis of the Romanian judicial experiences, creating the conditions and identifying the criteria for the rapid harmonization of the own policies with the specific of each EU member state, but also acquiring the necessary knowledge in deepening the field of judicial and extrajudicial expertise outside the European space ; – Solving as far as possible the cross-border problems; – Harmonizing procedures in Romania with European ones; – Stimulating research in order to harmonize the Romanian legislation with the European legislation; – Creating a forum for researchers and expert practitioners who are interested in modernizing justice; – The association / consolidation of the relations between the participants in the justice act: experts, magistrates, lawyers, courts, academia, research institutes, other associative structures in Romania and increasing the confidence of the civil society at a time when the management rules of a process are developed at European level for later application in the Member States. – Exchanges of experience at the level of experts, exchanges of readers, organization of scientific events at national, European and international level, actions meant to contribute to shaping a jurisprudence in judicial expertise. – Harmonization of national and European procedures; – Elaboration of periodicals for documentation / information;
